RoleSummary:
TheProjectEngineerprovidestechnicalsupporttotheSalesteaminmediumvoltageswitchgearproductsandservices.Thisisdonethroughaconsultantative,solutionsapproachinwhichtheProjectEngineerprovidesdesignstothecustomerdemonstratingtechnicalexpertiseandbuildingcustomercredibility.

Responsibilities:
·ProactivelypromoteandpositionSiemensearlyintheprojectphasetocreatevalueandinfluencebyworkingcloselywithconsultants,developers&customers
·ProvidetechnicalexpertisetoSales&CommercialOperationsinselecting,implementing,anddevelopingcompetitiveproductapplicationstoaddressenergyefficiency,resourcescarcityandenvironmentalrequirements
·EstimateSiemensequipmentandsystemperformance,hardwareandpriceforbudgetaryestimates
·Assesscompetitivesystemperformance&hardwareevaluationthroughouttheentirebidprocess
·Identifycustomer\\\'sneedsandcommunicateitbacktotheSiemensbusinesses
·Participateincustomerpresentations,discussions,negotiations,conferences,andallfrontlinemarketing/saleseffortsinatechnicalsalesrole.Beacatalystinproblemsolving
·Leadtechnicalprojectdesignandscopeatcustomermeetingsmaintainingahighlevelofbusinessacumen.CommunicatetheseprojectrequirementstoManufacturing/R&D
·Trainsalesforcetoempowerthemwiththelatesttechnicalknowledgeandinformation
·Maintainexpertiseonproductandtechnologyknowledge,internationalcodesandstandards

Qualifications:
·Bachelor\\\'sdegreeinElectricalEngineeringorotherrelevantEngineeringfield
·Around3yearsworkingexperienceinpowersystems

·Excellentcommunicationskills(writtenandspoken),well-establishedorganizationalandpresentationskills
·Demonstratedabilitytomanagemultiplesimultaneousprojectswithminimaldirection
