Job description:

1) Set upKey-Account distributormanagement strategy

2) Set up business development plan for Key-Account distributor

3) Coordinate regional DM for KA strategy implementation

4) Monitor Key-Account distributor performance by quarterly business review

Competences & skills required:

1) Familiar with Siemens organization/process (>3 years Siemens working experience at sales or marketing functions)

2)Good Siemens product knowledge

3)Advanced distributor business knowledges\\

4) Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English, good PPT and presentation skills

5) Strategic thinking, analytics
