Mission：- Responsible for EV/HEV LV DCDC system design, topology and solution evaluation, DCDC Supplier certification and prototype design verification.

Task-Participate in the definition of power stage architecture-Development strategy, integration and compatibility of the Power electronic unit architecture；-Overall responsible for LV DCDC power electronic unit specification and lead the implementation and coordination with the supplier；-Consultation and cooperation in development of documents for detailed design；-development of LV DCDC system topology/circuit, and confirm it via simulation-work actively on the further development of the DCDC platform.

Knowledge-Detailed knowledge in power electronic components, circuit, topology and thermal management, related control algorithm technology; -Related power electronic hardware skills, e.g., EMC, etc.-familiar with system simulation tool, simpler / saber / mat lab

Experience-Have at least five years (ten years preferred) working experiences in power electronic product development, from international companies strongly preferred; demonstrated team leading experiences essential-Demonstrated project management skills/experiences essential-Overall Network skill, Team leading skill-Communication experience with foreigners especially with Germans essential

EducationMaster or above，majored in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
