職位要求
崗位職責:
1. 準備每月的本地賬目以及給法國總部的月底報表
Producing monthly local accounts and monthly reporting accounts to the French Headquarters;
2. 提供分析性的業(yè)務審查報告以及控制生產運作成本
Providing analytical business review and cost control for manufacturing operations;
3. 作為公司與相關稅務、海關部門、注冊會計師、審計師等機構的主要聯絡人
Acting as the Company’s main contact person with the relevant Tax bureaus,Customs,CPA,auditors,etc;
4. 在外部注冊會計師和審計協助下,負責準確記錄公司賬目
Being responsible of the accurate bookkeeping of the company, with the support of external CPA and auditors;
5. 監(jiān)督管理公司的工資支出
Supervising payroll administration of the company
6. 協助總經理及其他部門經理處理招聘、合同終止事宜以及公司的其他人力資源相關事宜
Supporting the General Manager and other managers for recruitments, terminations and other Human Resource related issues in the Company;
7. 向總經理及集團財務總監(jiān)提供稅務及人力資源政策及程序方面的相關動態(tài)信息
Provide information to the General Manager and Financial Group Director on the development of tax and HR policies and procedures
任職條件:
1.應具備熟練的職業(yè)中文及英文水平,掌握業(yè)務分析審查、成本控制、會計及一般辦公軟件技能,善于解決問題,為人正直,處事準確,組織能力強
You are expected to possess competencies in professional Chinese and English languages, good knowledge of analytical business review and cost control, accounting and common office software, problem solving, integrity, accuracy and good organization skills.
2. Minimum experience in manufacturing units : 3-5 years in an international environment
至少3至5年外資企業(yè)制造行業(yè)工作經驗
