Job Description: - Handle required engineering task from design to commissioning.- Concept design, system overview configuration, detail design leading.- Hardwire design, PLC programming, configuration and on-site commissioning.- Act as a project manager in smaller local projects or sub-project manager in larger projects.- Mentoring of less experienced engineering staff, organize internal training and information sharing and team competence build-up.- Prepare project status reporting to supervisor or customer weekly and monthly.- Keeps up-to-date with the development of own field.- Utilize effectively advanced engineering tools and practices.- Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Key Requirement: - Bachelor degree or above in automation, electrical engineering or equivalent.- 6 years or above experiences, minimum 4 years’ experience in the design, programming and commissioning of electrical engineering and automation or equivalent.- Good English level, reading English documents and sending e-mails in English in daily work.- Independently communication with foreign engineer face-to-face in English.- Be proficient with Siemens S7-200/300, WinCC in design, programming and debugging.- Willing to travel.
Following requirements can be advantages, not mandatory: - Electrical and automation related RD or concept design experience is preferred.- Good knowledge and commissioning experience of motion control, servo control system is prior.- Design and commissioning experience of production line or machinery equipment is a plus.- Be familiar with other brand PLC, DCS system or HMI in real project is a plus.- On-site work experience.- Good theoretical and practical engineering skills in own technical area is preferred.- Know about Euro and GB standard is preferred.- Good command of office software, AutoCAD is required; EPlan is a plus.- Accept changeable product design task from different customers or other flexible assignments.- Easy to learn and accept new knowledge and study in new area.- Good communication skills and relative competence on project management is preferred.- Willing to share with team member and learn from others.- Good team work, attitude and cooperation skills.
